Push every byte to the database engine

The fastest code is the code you don't run. Wirekite uses each database's native bulk APIs — Snowflake COPY, Postgres COPY, Oracle Data Pump, MySQL LOAD DATA — instead of row-by-row INSERTs.

Wirekite keeps CPU, disk, and network all working at once — extracting change data through paths tuned to each source database's internals. The bottleneck moves to the wire, where it belongs.
