This policy describes how Wirekite Corporation handles personal data collected through our marketing site (wirekite.io) and through direct contact with our team. It does not cover the Wirekite product itself, which runs in your own infrastructure — see "The Wirekite product" below.

What we collect on wirekite.io

The wirekite.io marketing site does not use third-party analytics, tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or session storage. We do not place identifiers on your device when you browse these pages, and we do not share browsing telemetry with advertising networks or data brokers.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard server-side request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status) in the course of serving and securing the site. We do not aggregate or analyze that information ourselves.

Contact submissions

When you reach out via the Contact page, book a demo through our Calendly widget, or email us directly at hello@wirekite.io, your message and email address arrive in our team inbox. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and to follow up about Wirekite. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties.

Calendly handles the meeting-booking flow on our Contact page; their own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy governs how they process information you enter into the booking widget.

The Wirekite product

This policy covers wirekite.io only. The Wirekite product itself is self-hosted in your own infrastructure and does not transmit your data (database contents, change events, schemas) back to Wirekite Corporation. The product may contact our license server to validate trial and commercial license keys; this exchange is limited to license-key metadata and is documented in the product docs at docs.wirekite.io.

Data retention

Contact-form messages and demo-booking records are retained while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period after. We periodically purge older records that no longer have any business purpose.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what contact information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@wirekite.io with your request; we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data on wirekite.io, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will note the change at the top of the page for a period of time.
