Communicating with us

Replies to your messages come from a member of the Wirekite team. Please do not include sensitive credentials (database passwords, connection strings, API tokens, cloud service-account keys) in email — if we need them during an evaluation, we will arrange a secure transfer channel.

If you spot a vulnerability or security issue on wirekite.io, please let us know at hello@wirekite.io. We treat security reports as a priority and aim to respond promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure — please give us a reasonable window to address an issue before sharing details publicly.

Bug and content reports

If you spot a bug, broken link, factual error, or outdated benchmark on wirekite.io, we want to hear about it. Reports go to hello@wirekite.io.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block, or take other technical measures against requests that violate this policy. For abuse that crosses into legal territory, we will pursue remedies under applicable law.
