Wirekite is a commercial product distributed by Wirekite Corporation. This page summarizes the license terms. The full license text is delivered with every product download and is also available on request — email hello@wirekite.io.

Trial license

Every fresh install of the Wirekite product ships with a 14-day, full-featured trial license. All sources, targets, and capabilities are unlocked during the trial. The trial is intended for evaluation — proof-of-concept migrations, benchmark testing, and integration exploration.

Commercial license

After the trial expires, continued use of the Wirekite product requires a commercial license. Commercial licenses are issued per-deployment and are not transferable to a different organization without written consent. Pricing is based on deployment scale — see our pricing page for the current model, or contact us for an enterprise quote.

Permitted uses

Under a valid trial or commercial license, you may install and run the Wirekite product within your own infrastructure for the purpose of moving and replicating data between supported sources and targets. You may integrate Wirekite with your existing data pipelines, orchestration systems, and monitoring tools.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage the Wirekite product without explicit written permission from Wirekite Corporation. You may not reverse-engineer the product for the purpose of building a competing data-movement tool. You may not remove or alter license-key validation, copyright notices, or trademark markings.

Open-source components

The Wirekite product and this website incorporate open-source libraries under their respective licenses. A full attribution list, with license texts, is included in the product distribution under third-party-licenses/ and is also available on request.

Trademarks

"Wirekite" and the Wirekite wordmark are trademarks of Wirekite Corporation. Database engine names referenced on this site (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, Firebolt, Google BigQuery, Google AlloyDB, Google Spanner, and others) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for compatibility and reference purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement.
